Hapeepee Christmas is a movie about Santa, who faces off against a snowman during his mission to deliver gifts. We wanted to flip the typical cheesy Christmas movie by turning Santa into a boorish, alcoholic villain. It’s a comedy with some trashy humor. Our Santa is a mean guy with a drunkard’s nose. We were inspired by the character designs in French comics like “Astérix” that we used to read as kids.
